Forever 21 Haul

I've been really liking Forever 21's Jewelry selection recently! I go there at least once a week to see if they have new items (I go to school in the area so during my breaks I walk around the malls and shops)
I just love how it is so inexpensive and the items are just so cute! When I start browsing for jewelry there, usually there's only one cute earring left and hence I'm gonna grab it!

I'm starting to get abscessed with stud earrings, I used to only go for the dangling ones.  Here's my small stash of goodies!

Review: Daiso Blackhead Peeling Mask

I'm doing a super quick review on this blackhead peeling mask from daiso. You can get it from Vancouver/Richmond in BC (from the actual Daiso store, it's about $2), somewhere in Japan and from eBay of course which is around $6.

When I used this product for the first time it burned, not the application part but the peeling part! After a couple uses it no longer burned, but I felt that it did not work as well as my Biore nose strips. Those things take out all the nasty things on my nose and makes it all smooth an feel very clean! (the Biore strips range from $7 to $14 though). The daiso one does a decent job though, just make sure you apply a thick amount of product on your nose of face. I have tried it on my forehead and it worked pretty well did hurt so bad either.

To sum it all up: it's worth a try for $2, it does a pretty good job for those with less blackheads.

CNE Makeup Haul 2011

As soon as I came back from working in Jamaica I returned to work at the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) in Toronto. It's a somewhat big fair that comes to Toronto every year for 2 weeks of August. There is a warehouse outlet every years and consists of stores such as Bluenotes, Stiches and Sirens. (There used to be a Fairweather, Costa Blanca and I think a Suzy Shier) There was also 2 makeup/nail accessory warehouses too, and as always I buy a shit load of nail polish but not as much as I used too. They carried Sally Hansen, NYC, Rimmel, Borghese and Elizabeth Arden. Most nail polishes were $1.25 each or $7 for $8 (It used to be $1 each and 8 for $7) and the Borgghese/Elizabeth Arden ones where $2 each. As for makeup they had a good selection of Rimmel, Revlon and a small selection of Maybelline, Covergirl, Lancaster, Lancome and Dior (they had the foundation spray for only $33 O_O but I think they only had the shade 400.

Day 16

I skipped a lot of days.. my bad >__>
I was busy, tired and just plain lazy ^^; Well I didn't do anything too exciting but on day 13 I just off the 2nd deck of a boat and into the ocean. It was fun, except I forgot to plug my nose and a bunch of salt water went up my nose =__= The kids were cheering me on, chanting my nick name "Xi Chong". (I forgot to mention that one of the camp counsellors gave me a chinese(?) nick name o__0) I'll definitely be doing that again.

Also I was moved to another resort, Sandals-the couple resort. It's beautiful and really really big compared to this one. There are 3 sections of that resort and you have to shuttle to each section but its only takes like 5 mins or less to get to each section. There's the Manor, Beach & Villa and Riviera. Personally I think Riviera is the nicest because it right beside the beach, I can't say much about the Villa section because I havent been there yet. The Manor section has the main pool which it double maybe even triple the size of the boscobel pool. I would love to take my hunni there to Sandals <3 Mayb in 2 years for our 5 year anniversary.

Well anyways we live in the Manor section but it is not it the main Manor building it's in its own housing area which it surrounded by other ".houses" and trees.. we also have a private pool which it shared between 2 houses. Any ways that area has a shit load of mosquitoes, I was bitten so much over there.

We went out for dinner at a Japanese Restaurant called Kimonos. We were seated with 5 other couples on one large table. The chef cooks all the entrees right in front of the guests, they were supposed to entertain us. The cooking had some oriental flare to it, the kuko chicken was my favourite, he also made "beef bibimbap" but it was just beef... It's not mixed with rice, egg, veggies or anything o.o  We had green tea mousse and lychee tart, the mousse had an icing texture >_>
